When you know that you have a gift of prophecy, there are two things that may come to your mind. The first one is you are lucky to be called to serve God, and the second one is fear. As many people believe that among the gifts, having the prophetic gift is the toughest one because most of the people who have it, experience a lot of fear before using it. Fear of being rejected, mocked, and insulted. They have fear that they cannot grow their prophetic ministry and that they would fail.

There are successful prophets in our time s, one is Bishop Bernard Jordan. Bishop Bernard Jordan is considered one of the most trusted, believed, and respected prophet of our modern times. His prophetic ministry is known to all, loved and accepted.

No matter how great he is by now, believe me, he  started just like you. He also had the fear, but conquered it. He lives according to what God wants Him to do.  He disregards all the possible things he knows may happen. He was never born as famous prophet, he worked for it. He let God move and do His will.

So the question is why you would fear, when you know that God is beside you? Why would you fear when it is His will to use you as His prophet? Do you think He will let you down?

Having a gift is a blessing. The best way to prove yourself worthy of that gift is to have faith in Him no matter what happen, no matter how tough the journey of allowing your gift to grow with you in His name. God chose you, you must be proud of it.
